卜静武，女，副教授，硕士研究生导师。1988年4月生，江苏沛县人，中共党员。2011年6月毕业于扬州大学，获农业水利工程专业学士学位；2017年6月毕业于河海大学，获水工结构工程专业博士学位。2017年7月起任职于扬州大学水利科学与工程学院，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，水文水资源与水利工程国家重点实验室面上项目1项，在《Construction and Building Materials》,《ACI Materials Journal》等期刊上发表学术论文10余篇。承担《建筑材料》，《水利工程概预算》等本科课程教学任务，获第八届全国水利类专业青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖。
