陈南华,福建长乐人,教授,博士生导师。2014年毕业于美国堪萨斯州立大学病原生物学专业,获哲学博士学位。2015年入职扬州大学兽医学院微生物学教研室从事教学科研工作。2006年起一直从事猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)研究工作,致力于解析PRRS免疫保护机制并提供有效防控策略。此外,正将研究领域扩展至其他病毒性传染病,如猪圆环病毒(PCV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)和非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)等引起的重大疫病及其他新发病防控。入选江苏省“优青”(2021)、江苏省“双创计划”双创团队核心成员(2018)、扬州市“绿杨金凤计划”优秀博士人才(2015)以及扬州大学“拔尖人才”(2018)等人才计划。荣获科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)Publons顶级审稿人奖“Peer Review Award”(2018年微生物学领域全球前1%审稿专家中唯一的中国人: https://publons.com/wos-op/awards/2018/esi/?esi=19)、入选全球前2%顶尖科学家“年度影响力”榜单(2022,2025)(World’s Top 2% Scientists in the subfield of Veterinary Science,https://topresearcherslist.com/Home/Profile/548639)、扬州大学“科技先锋”(2018)以及度扬州大学“最受学生欢迎的班主任”(2020,2025)等荣誉称号。主持国家自然科学基金、“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、国家博士后基金面上项目一等资助、翔安创新实验室/传染病疫苗研发全国重点实验室科技项目、国家基因工程疫苗重点实验室开放课题、国家兽用生物制品工程技术研究中心开放课题等科研项目15项。以第一作者/通讯作者在Annual Review of Animal Biosciences, Journal of Virology, Virulence, Veterinary Research, Veterinary Microbiology等兽医病毒学领域主流期刊发表论文45篇,累计影响因子>170。其中,四篇入选ESI高被引论文,单篇最高被引>760次,累计被引>3100次,H指数27。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利16项(含1项美国专利),已获得授权发明专利5项,其中1项已实现成果转化。担任兽医学领域Transboundary and Emerging Diseases和生物学领域Molecular Genetics and Genomics等多个学术期刊副主编和编委。同时受邀担任Advanced Science, Emerging Microbes & Infections, Journal of Virology, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, Zoological Research, Microbiological Research, Virulence, Veterinary Quarterly, Veterinary Research, Veterinary Microbiology, FASEB Journal, 畜牧兽医学报、中国畜牧兽医、病毒学报等40多个学术期刊审稿人。2026年,受邀成为国际PRRSV-2命名委员会(International PRRSV-2 Nomenclature Consortium, IPNC)委员。本人注重学生培养,遵从由指导到引导到共同探讨的方式与学生协作开展科研工作,并且已经取得了可喜成绩。指导的硕博研究生连续八年(2018-2025)获得国家奖学金。另有多名毕业生获得高额企业奖学金。此外,多名毕业生在浙江大学、南京大学、中国农业大学、南京农业大学、上海科技大学、扬州大学等知名高校继续攻读博士/硕士学位。热忱欢迎对猪病毒学感兴趣、热爱科研探索过程、渴望从事科研工作的博士/硕士研究生报考(收到邮件24小时内回复)。让我们团队协作,共同学习进步,共创高水平成果。 指导学生发表论文:1.
