蒋永帅，博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师，扬州大学医学部基础医学院·公共卫生学院。毕业于上海交通大学医学院基础医学专业，获医学博士学位。2021年12月入职扬州大学。入选2022年度江苏省“双创计划”双创博士、2022年扬州市“绿扬金凤计划”优秀博士。主要研究方向为肿瘤等疾病的发病机制及免疫干预治疗相关研究。已在Theranostics、Biomolecules、Immunology等杂志发表SCI论文十余篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI论文6篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，中国博士后面上基金项目1项，浙江省智能预防医学重点实验室开放基金课题研究项目1项，江苏省高等学校自然科学基金面上项目1项。
