一、个人简介罗灿，男，工学博士，副教授、硕士生导师，现任水利工程优势学科秘书。主要从事跨流域调水泵站系统节能减耗设计、船舶高性能喷水推进装置水动力特性、水力机械内部流动机理等方面的研究。先后主持了江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目、江苏省博士后科研资助计划、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目、江苏省水利动力工程重点实验室开放课题、教育部重点实验室开放课题、江苏省高效节能大型轴流泵站工程研究中心开放课题...Detials
