1. 禽流感病毒预警监测及遗传演化分析;
2. 禽流感病毒跨种属感染哺乳动物的分子机制;
3. 禽流感病毒诱导细胞死亡促发炎症因子风暴的分子机制;
4. 家禽重要病原核酸检测方法的建立和优化。
