牛百晓,女,汉族,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2006年,曲阜师范大学生命科学学院,获学士学位;2012年,华南农业大学生命科学学院,获博士士学位;2012-2015年,复旦大学生命科学院从事博士后研究。2016年入职扬州大学农学院。

主讲本科生《遗传学》和《作物遗传学》专业基础课,和《生命科学导论》、《改变生命的“黑”科技》等公共选修课。参编《植物生物技术》教材一部。2023年获扬州大学教师教学创新大赛比赛特等奖,2024年获教师教学创新大赛,扬州大学一等奖,农学院一等奖。

主要研究方向为水稻种子早期发育的遗传调控及其机理研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目一项,江苏省自然科学基金青年项目一项,国家重点实验室开放课题等,参加国家及其他省部级项目等多项。在Plant Cell,Plant Journal,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Journal of Integrative Plant 以及Crop Journal 等知名植物学学术杂志上发表论文数十篇。担任Plant Physiology,Crop Journal以及Functional Plant Biology等刊物的审稿人。
