潘秦剑，汉族，中共党员，扬州大学农业科技发展研究院助理研究员，硕士生导师。西北农林科技大学农业昆虫与害虫防治专业博士，美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合培养博士。研究方向主要涉及昆虫化学生态学、昆虫肠道微生物等。主要研究对象为水稻上的重要害虫稻纵卷叶螟。
