Abstract:RNAi是指将外源性或内源性的双链RNA导入目的 mRNA序列,特异性转录后基因沉默,又称为转录后基因沉默,广泛应用于基因组学、疾病治疗筛选、药物靶点等众多领域。本文主要介绍破骨细胞（OC）分化和吸收过程中重要的调控分子及信号通路,应用RNAi技术特异性地干扰OC分化和吸收中的相关调控分子及信号通路,找到骨代谢相关疾病的关键靶点,旨在为预防及治疗骨代谢相关疾病提供新的方向和思路。
