I am currently involved in the bachelor course “Animal cell engineering and technology”. My major research area is food safety and zoonosis. I am interested in the phage-host interaction, and the evolution between them during their interaction.I am also working with how to apply the phage as an antimicrobial compound in the animal production chain, while it is also important for me to understand how the foodborne pathogens distribute and transmit in the animal origin food chain. My research has resulted in several peer reviewed publications.
