Yuguo Yuan, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Master Supervisor.In 2010, he graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine of Yangzhou University with a doctor's degree in clinical veterinary medicine and has been teaching at the school.2015.10 -- 2017.7 Postdoctoral Fellow, Konkuk University, Korea; 2017.9 -- 2018.9 Visiting Scholar, Gyeongsang National University, Korea.
He has been engaged in the research about animal somatic cell cloning and transgenic cloning . In 2007, he first reported the cloning of goats using adult mammary epithelial cells , and successively obtained human lactoferrin and albumin transgenic cloned goats.Talen and Cas9 techniques were used to obtain MSTN gene knockout goat and human hyperlipidemia rabbit model (rabbit).The preparation of functional nanomaterials and their applications in antimicrobial, anti-tumor and cosmetics have been carried out.Recently, we focus on in vitro maturation of domestic cat oocytes, somatic cell cloning and transgenic cats.He has presided over more than 10 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the sub-project of the National Major Special Project of Transgene. He has published more than 30 SCI papers in journals such as EBiomedicine, Int J Nanomedicine, Cells, Mol Reprod Dev and Theriogenology. He has won 2 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological awards and 1 invention patent.
