Dr. ZHOU Yong is currently a professor of Linguistics in the Department of English, Yangzhou University. His main research interests are in theoretical linguistics with special focus on the interactions between syntax, semantics and pragmatics. He has published dozens of articles in scholarly journals, such as Modern Foreign Languages, Linguistic Sciences, Foreign Language Teaching and Research and Foreign Languages.
