MORE+朱丛睿，江苏扬州人。扬州大学“青年百人”特聘教授，”Animals and Zoonoses“青年编委。本科毕业于南京农业大学金善宝实验班（动物医学），赴美取得乔治城大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位、堪萨斯州立大学兽医病理生物学博士学位。博士后阶段在华南农业大学国猪免疫代谢研究平台从事氨基酸营养调控肠道菌群和免疫细胞的研究。近年来，在PNAS、Microbiome、Drugs、Advance in nutrition等国际期刊发表SCI论文十余篇。承担国家自然基金青年科学基金项目（2023）、中国博士后科学基金面上项目（2022），参与国家自然科学基金联合基金项目（2022）、国家自然科学基金面上项目（2022）等。主要研究方向是肠道病原菌分泌系统效应因子和宿主的相互作用。
