个人简介Personal Profile
陈忱,教授、博士生导师。入选江苏特聘教授、江苏省“双创团队”核心成员,获江苏省杰出青年基金和江苏省“六大人才高峰”(A类)资助。兼任江苏省作物基因组学和分子育种重点实验室副主任,《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》、《Seed Biology》和《中国水稻科学》等杂志青年编委,《Agriculture》和《Crop Breeding, Genetics and Genomics》杂志编委。
2003年毕业于扬州大学农学院,获农学学士学位;2006年毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院,获分子生物学与生物化学硕士学位;2011年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学院植物生理生态研究所,获遗传学博士学位。随后在美国明尼苏达大学和内布拉斯加大学从事博士后研究工作。2015年5月作为校特聘教授加入扬州大学农学院工作。
主讲本科生《遗传学》、《World Agriculture》和《植物生物技术导论》等专业基础课和《生命科学导论》、《健康中国——“吃货”的生物学修养》等公共选修课。副主编《生命科学导论》教材一部。多次获评扬州大学“最受学生欢迎的任课教师”、“最受学生欢迎的班主任”。
目前主要从事水稻种子发育的遗传和表观遗传调控研究。主持和参与国家和省部级科研项目十余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,国家重点研发计划子课题1项,江苏省杰出青年项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项。在Nature Communications,Molecular Plant,eLife,Plant Cell,Plant Physiology,Plant Journal,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Plant Communications,Journal of Experimental Botany和Theoretical and Applied Genetics等知名植物学学术杂志上以通讯作者或第一作者发表论文20余篇;应邀担任Nature Plants,Nature Communications,Advanced Science,Molecular Plant,New Phytologist,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Plant Communications,Plant Physiology,Plant Journal等重要期刊的论文评审。
