博士,副教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于英国普利茅斯大学旅游酒店管理专业,复旦大学博士后。现为英国高等教育协会副会士,持有英文中级导游证、WSET葡萄酒与烈酒教育基金会二级认证、SCA中级咖啡师认证。主要研究领域为美食旅游与目的地营销、旅游消费行为与旅游体验、饮食文化与文化传播等。近年来主持江苏省社科基金、江苏省文化和旅游科研课题、江苏高校哲学社科基金、江苏社科联课题及扬州市社科重点项目等各类科研项目十余项,并参与国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金等多项研究。以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文二十余篇,并担任多个SSCI期刊匿名审稿人。

教学方面,主讲《旅游接待业》《餐饮运营管理》《酒水经营与管理》等课程。指导学生获批国家级、省级及校级大学生创新创业项目多项,多次带领学生参加全国高校商业精英挑战赛、全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛等学科竞赛以及全国大学生红色旅游创意策划大赛等专业竞赛,荣获国家级、省级等奖项。个人曾获江苏高校外国留学生教学观摩大赛特等奖、江苏省高校微课教学比赛三等奖、扬州大学优秀本科教学奖、微课教学一等奖、讲课比赛一等奖等教学类奖项,先后被评为扬州市“绿扬金凤”优秀博士、扬州大学“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、“最受学生欢迎班主任”“海外教育优秀教师”等荣誉称号。
