在葫芦科、茄科等蔬菜作物中,果实是其主要的产品器官,果实的发育除受果实本地基因的调控外,还受到库-源关系的调控。我们尝试从源器官的同化物的供应及果实自身对同化物的卸载及其调控机理入手,为提高果实的产量及品质提供遗传资源及理论依据。
