扬州大学教授,博士生导师,现为扬州大学农学院院长。先后获评江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”、“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,现为农业农村部玉米专家指导组成员、江苏省玉米等其他粮食作物产质协同提升关键技术集成与示范推广协作组组长、江苏省现代农业(特粮特经)产业技术体系首席专家,兼任江苏省农学会作物育种与栽培专业委员会主任委员、江苏省作物学会特粮特经专业委员会主任委员。教学上承担本科生《作物栽培学》《专业实践》,硕士研究生《农业机械化》,博士研究生《高级作物生理生态学》。科研上主要从事玉米高产高效栽培与抗逆生理研究。在玉米高产高效绿色轻简栽培和玉米品质响应逆境的生理机制等方面取得较好进展,为我省玉米高质量发展提供了技术支持。先后承担国家级项目5项,部省级项目多项,参与获得省部级二等奖6项,出版专著3部,起草地方标准4项,以第一(通讯)作者发表学术论文140多篇。主持项目:1、持绿型糯玉米产量品质形成响应高温胁迫的源库限制机制,2024-2027,国家自然科学基金面上项目2、糯玉米淀粉品质响应籽粒建成期高温干旱胁迫的生理机制与外源BR调控效应,2021-2024,国家自然科学基金面上项目 3、籽粒建成期高温胁迫影响糯玉米籽粒胚乳发育的生理机制,2018-2021,国家自然科学基金面上项目 4、糯玉米籽粒产量和淀粉品质形成对高温胁迫的响应及水氮调控机制,2015-2018,国家自然科学基金面上项目 5、两季鲜食玉米复种轮作增效技术及秸秆还田技术优化创新,2018-2020,国家重点研发计划子课题 6、大豆玉米带状复合种植模式筛选与配套关键技术研究,2022-2025,江苏省农业科技自主创新资金 7、江苏省现代农业产业技术体系饲用玉米创新团队,2017-2022 8、江苏省现代农业产业技术体系首席专家,2022-2024 9、江苏省夏玉米单产提升重大技术协同推广,2024-2025 10、玉米等其他粮食作物产质协同提升关键技术集成与示范推广协作组组长,2025-2030获得奖励:1、优质多抗鲜食糯玉米新品种选育与绿色高效技术集成应用,神农中华农业科技奖二等奖,20212、麦玉周年轮作丰产高效全程机械化技术集成与推广,江苏省农业技术推广奖二等奖,20203、粮饲兼用型玉米新品种及其配套关键技术集成与推广,全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖,20194、粮饲兼用型玉米新品种及其配套关键技术集成与推广,江苏省农业技术推广奖二等奖,20175、优质鲜食糯玉米品种选育与绿色高效技术集成应用,浙江省科学技术进步奖三等奖,20226、南方优异鲜食玉米新品种选育与提质增效生产技术集成应用,神农中华农业科技奖三等奖,2024地方标准: 麦秸全量还田玉米免耕机直播栽培技术规程DBT2936-2016发表文章:20251.
