博士,讲师,硕士生导师,毕业于江南大学,主要从事脂质营养与安全,食品功能因子资源开发及零反式、低饱和脂肪酸食品专用油产品开发与应用方面研究。曾在瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院生命科学学院进行博士联合培养。承担本科生食品化学、食品感官评价等教学工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目各1项,参与国家面上项目2项。在《Carbohyd. Polym.》、《Food Funct.》等期刊,以第一作者发表SCI论文10余篇(其中一区论文6篇,二区5篇),申请国家发明专利6项,授权4项。担任《Foods》期刊客座编辑、《Food Med. Homol.》期刊青年编委、《J. Dairy Sci.》审稿专家。入选2022年度扬州市“绿扬金凤”优秀博士计划。
