Abstract:整合素是一类细胞膜表面跨膜蛋白,在介导细胞黏附并参与细胞内外信号传递的过程中具有重要意义。破骨细胞在骨重建与骨吸收的动态平衡中起关键调控作用,尤其是封闭带中的整合素αvβ3是影响骨吸收的主要黏附分子,对破骨细胞内外Ca2+及下游信号的调控起关键作用。论文对整合素的结构、分类、功能及其调控破骨细胞相关信号的机制进行了阐述。
