Liang Zhang, female, PhD, associate professor, doctoral supervisor, gives lectures on courses such as "Food Machinery and Equipment" and "Design of Food Machinery and Equipment". She is mainly engaged in research on food carbohydrates based functional materials, construction of food carbohydrate based functional delivery systems, and processing of flour products. She has presided over projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, Natural Science Foundation of Yangzhou, and Municipal Industrial Development Guidance Fund Project of Suqian. She has published over 50 papers and over 20 as the first author.
