简介
张良,女,博士,副教授,博士生导师,讲授《食品机械与设备》、《食品机械设备设计》等课程。主要从事食品碳水化合物功能材料、食品碳水化合物功能运载体系构建、面制品加工等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金项目、扬州市自然科学基金和宿迁市产业发展引导资金项目等。发表论文50余篇,其中第一作者SCI论文20余篇。入选扬州大学高端人才支持计划培养对象、扬州大学青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,并荣获扬州大学校园“科技先锋”称号。
