Qingfeng Ge, male, PhD, associate professor, master supervisor,As the Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Livestock Waste Utilization Technology and Innovation Alliance,he is mainly engaged in research on the processing and quality safety control of meat products from livestock and poultry, as well as the utilization of animal by-products.

In recent years, he has several key research and development projects funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Government, including Jiangsu Provincial Key Research and Development Program, Jiangsu Agriculture Science and Technology Innovation Fund (JASTIF), Jiangsu Provincial Innovation Support Program (Rural Industrial Revitalization) Projects, and Jiangsu Provincial Policy Guidance Projects.

He has published over 50 academic papers, with more than 10 papers indexed by SCI. Additionally, he has applied for more than 10 national invention patents, with 10 patents granted. His research achievements, including "Key Technology Research on Fermented Meat Products Processing" winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and "Key Technology Research and Application of Comprehensive Utilization of High-Quality Export Casings" and "Research and Application of Key Technologies and Equipment for Industrialization of Meat Pre-cooked Meals" winning the National Business Science and Technology Progress First Prize.
