高发宝，工学博士 ，扬州大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师。入选2021年度扬州大学“高端人才支持计划”和2020年度扬州大学数学科学学院“青年教师托举计划”。西班牙巴塞罗那自治大学数学研究中心客座研究员、美国弗吉尼亚理工大学工学院访问学者、香港理工大学访问学者。主要研究领域为Horava-Lifshitz宇宙模型的全局动力学、限制性三体问题（周期轨道、分岔与混沌）、巨行星卫星的分布规律，在国际期刊 Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences, Annals of Physics, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Astronomical Journal, Astrophysics and Space Science, Bulgarian Astronomical Journal, Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy, Chaos, Solitons and Fractals, Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation，European Physical Journal C, General Relativity and Gravitation, International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics, Journal of High Energy Astrophysics, Journal of the Franklin Institute, Mathematics, Nonlinear Analysis-Real World Applications, Nonlinear Analysis-Theory Methods & Applications, Nonlinear Dynamics, Physics of the Dark Universe, Results in Physics, Universe以及其他知名学术期刊共发表论文60余篇，被SCI收录50篇左右，先后主持3项国家自然科学基金项目，参与5项国家自然科学基金项目。中国力学学会高级会员、中国振动工程学会高级会员、中国数学会会员、美国《数学评论》评论员（No.148514）；全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家；学术桥评审专家库成员（2023.3.21-2026.3.21）；中国振动工程学会非线性振动专业委员会委员No.2024-Z02-021（2024.12-2028.12）、江苏省振动工程学会智能系统动力学专业委员会副主任（2024.5.19-2029.5.18）、江苏省振动工程学会非线性振动专业委员会委员（2023.12.23-2028.12.22）。
