简介

袁磊,博士/博士后,扬州大学食品科学与工程学院副教授,硕士生导师,教研室主任。入选江苏省双创博士、扬州市绿扬金凤、扬州大学青蓝工程人才计划,担任International Journal of Dairy TechnologyQuality Assurance and Safety of Crops & FoodsJournal of Dairy ResearchThe Microbe编委,主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后基金特别资助、江苏省高校自然科学基金等科研项目9项,发表SCI论文80余篇,授权发明专利3项。
