说明：2018年7月，出席“马克思和卢森堡：思想遗产与当代价值——世界政治经济学学会第13届论坛”。该论坛先后2018年7月15-18日和7月19-20日在德国柏林、特里尔和匈牙利召开。论坛由柏林经济政法大学国际政治经济学研究所、马克思恩格斯基金会和卢森堡基金会等共同承办。在本次会议上，本人增补为世界政治经济学会常务理事。

《人的全面发展之中国样式》主题报告摘要

[摘要] 人的全面发展是马克思主义经典作家所设想的未来社会的主要发展目标。但是，由于几乎所有社会主义国家都诞生于不发达的资本主义社会，生产力基础非常薄弱，所以，尽管学者们对马克思主义人的全面发展理论进行了长期的研究，但因缺乏实践基础而使得多数研究只能是纯理论的演绎。中国建国以来尤其是改革开放四十年来的高速发展，实现了从一穷二白的穷国到工业化社会、目前正在向现代化社会的转型，人民实现了温饱到小康的巨大转变、目前正在向富裕社会迈进，因此，人的全面发展不再是一个理论问题，而且是一个重大的实践问题。中共十九大描绘了人的全面发展的中国样式，即再通过三十年时间的努力，实现人摆脱自然的束缚走向人与自然和谐共生的新时代，人摆脱物质的束缚走向共建共享的新时代，人摆脱人的束缚走向人与人平等、人的才能充分发挥、人民对美好生活的向往得到极大满足的新时代。本文从理论和实践两个角度，从人与自然系统、人与生产力系统、人与生产关系系统三个层面，探索马克思主义人的全面发展理论的内在逻辑、人的全面发展程度评价、中国实践及其发展等重大问题，以期发展人的全面发展理论，探索人的全面发展的现实路径，提出对其它国家有借鉴意义的结论。 

[Abstract]

The all-round development of human beings is the main developmental goal of the future society envisaged by the Marxist scholars. Born in less developed capitalist societies, all socialist countries have low productivity.  Although scholars have been doing long-time research on the human's all-round development theory of Marxism, most research is only theoretical for lack of practice. SinceChinawas founded,Chinahas undergone reform program and opening-up policies in forty years, and has turned the poor country into an industrialized one. Currently, China is in the transition period to a modern society and people have been improving from being adequately fed and clad to a well-off life and now are proceeding towards a more prosperous society. Therefore, the all-round development of human beings is no longer a theoretical issue but an essential practical issue. The 19th CPC National Congress depicts the Chinese pattern of human’s all-round development that through the next thirty years’ effort, people will step into a new era of harmonious coexistence between human and nature without restriction of the nature, co-construction and sharing society without material restriction, and people are equal and fully realize their talent to get the most satisfying life by releasing from the shackles of human beings. This paper, on the theoretical and practical basis, explores the inherent logic of the humans’ all-round development theory of Marxism, the evaluation of human’s all-round development, the vital practice and developmental issues inChina. At the three levels of human and nature system, human and productivity system, human and productive relationship system, it tries to develop the human’s all-round development theory, study the realistic pathway to humans’ all-round development theory, and draw some instructive conclusions that may benefit other countries.
